Fee Refund Policy

1. Free Trial and Economy Package

LeadQual UK Ltd. offers a one-month free trial package to all new business customers, allowing you to evaluate the DocRide software before committing to a paid subscription. If you choose to continue with the service after the trial period, you will be automatically enrolled in our Economy Package.

  • No Refund: Once a subscription fee is paid for the Economy Package, there will be no refunds except in specific circumstances as outlined below.

2. Technical Issues

Refunds may be issued for the Economy Package under the following condition:

  • Service Unavailability Due to Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems with the DocRide software that prevent you from accessing the service, and these issues are directly attributable to faults on our side, you may be eligible for a refund. This refund will be prorated based on the duration the service was unavailable.
  • Connectivity Issues: No refunds will be issued for problems related to user-side connectivity or issues that are beyond the control of LeadQual UK Ltd.

3. VIP Package

The VIP Package includes Health & Safety (H&S) consultancy services along with the DocRide software. If you find that the assigned consultant does not meet your expectations, you have the following options:

  • Consultant Reassignment: You may request a change in consultant at any time. We will endeavour to assign a new consultant who is better suited to meet your needs.
  • Opt-Out Option: If you are still not satisfied after a change of consultant, you may opt out of the consultancy services.
  • Refund for Consultancy Services: Refunds for opting out of the consultancy services will be processed based on the unused consultancy hours only.

4. Exclusive Package

The Exclusive Package involves customization of the DocRide product to meet specific needs of your business. Due to the bespoke nature of these services:

  • No Refunds: No refunds are available for the Exclusive Package once the customization process has begun, as these services involve significant preparation and resources tailored to individual business requirements.

5. Processing Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow a standard processing time of up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. General Conditions

  • All refund requests must be made in writing, detailing the issue faced and the desired resolution. Refund requests should be sent to the customer service department at refund@docride.co.uk
  • The refund request must be sent from the registered email ID only.
  • LeadQual UK Ltd. reserves the right to assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the user’s circumstances and the terms of this policy.

7. Policy Changes

LeadQual UK Ltd. may update this refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page. It is advisable to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
